Each month, in addition to their basic salary, employees receive performance bonuses based on their KPI results. Additional allowances and support are provided depending on employees' contributions:
- Seniority Bonus: Periodic bonuses for employees who have been with the company for over 5, 10, 15 years, etc.
- Allowances: Travel, fuel, concurrent responsibilities, responsibilities allowance, project allowance, etc.
- Support: Relocation support, energy project support, official housing, hazardous work in-kind benefits, monthly phone allowance, meals, group travel, etc.
